Colby and I will be walking in The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Light The Night Walk on October 12th, and we need your help to raise money because every four minutes someone is diagnosed with a blood cancer; every 10 minutes someone dies from a blood cancer; leukemia is the leading cause of cancer death among children and young adults under the age of 20.

Join us in celebrating the 10th anniversary of Light The Night Walk –Making a Decade of Difference. While significant strides in research have been made over the past 40 years with survival rates doubling and even tripling in some cases, the number of Americans diagnosed with blood cancers continues to grow. The need for research funding is greater than ever.

We will be walking in honor and memory of the many patients that I care for each week, and it is my desire to advocate for them in every way that I can!
